My Lymphedema journey

I began dealing with Lymphedema shortly after cancer treatment. At times it's been a rough ordeal. For years it became increasingly frustrating as I was unable to particate in the simplest of activities without pain and swelling. Through networking with other Lymphedema patients, I was able to find a relatively inexpensive product called Lymphedema Reliever sold on Amazon.com. The product has helped me to reduce and then manage the inflammation. I'm now able to enjoy activies with my family and participate in regular exercise without fear of not being able to quickly reduce any inflammation that may occur. I wanted to share this with others who may need help in dealing with the discomfort and pain that comes with this issue. I hope this will be helpful.
