I was originally certified for CDT by Dr. Bergel (1998) through the Healthsouth Rehabilitation training program. This consisted of 70 hours of training.

I was again certified by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (Sebastian, Florida) in April 2003 (135 hours).

Since February 1998, I have been working full-time as a CLT in the Wound and Lymphedema Clinic of Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Sandy, Utah.

I attended the NLN conference in Orlando, Florida in 2000. I have additionally had training in basic wound care.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have been employed in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 1965 (with the exception of 1977-1985 when I was at home with my young children).

I am a 1965 graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy, School of Fine Arts.
